Suji Orange Cake
sumber : fb (Relaxkejap Ok)
3 biji telur
110 gm (3/4 cup) gula castor
110 gm (1 cups) tepong naik sendiri
25 gm (1/4 cup) semolina
1 tablespoon susu pekat
120 gms butter ( cairkan secara double boil & ketepikan biar sejuk)
1 tablespoon perahan air limau ataupun sunquick
sedikit parutan kulit limau (jgn parut kulit putih)
1 teaspoon orange colouring
Panaskan oven.
Pukul telur dipukul high speed tanpa henti selama 5 minit
kemudian masukkan gula sedikit demi sedikit.
Masukkan tepong & semolina.
Masukkan butter, susu, perahan air limau & kulit limau & pewarna.
Gaul hingga sebati.
Masukkan kedlm loyang yg telah dilengser majerian & taburkan sedikit tepong. Bakar dgn suhu 170 deg. C selama 1/2 jam ataupun masak
