<li><span style="font-size: small;">Tuang adunan td ke dlm BAHAN A. hentakkn sedikit adunan td untuk mengurangkan gelumbung udara supaya kek kita x banyak lubang nti.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">Bakar secara double boil pd suhu 170c selama 50-60minit @ bergantung pd oven masing2. Jika mengguna kn loyang jenis loose sila balut loyang tersebut agar air tidak msuk ke dlm adunan td.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">Bl kek sudah masak, biarkan sebentar di dlm oven dengan merenggangkan pintu oven selama 10minit. Kemudian lalukan pisau di keliling kek supaya ia tidak turun sgt.</span></li>

Meatball yang siap diuli dikukus dalam periuk kukusan selama 10-15

satukan kesemua bahan di atas KECUALI pisang dan minyak jagung/mentega
cair. Putar adunan pada kelajuan minima selama 1 minit dan kemudian
putar lagi pada kelajuan maksimum sehingga kembang dan gebu.</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;">Masukkan pisang yang sudah dilecek tadi dan putar perlahan hingga sebati.</span></li>
